In continuation with the last post, changes eventually started to be happening..
I was boosting up with monthly hikes, more and more exposure, fine tuned coding skills and a true to be share love. In just 4 months i was the so called team leader for some days. Started recruiting developers and a lot more with development process. Again that says.. if its going too good.. it needs to be a bit bad. I fall..
I am a coder by cheat, and that makes my clients a satisfied ass ;-). I started falling in love, with my work and working environment. I became a bit casual, and there started my Downtime.
I am Actually a confident person with state of things i persue, but i rtarely express that. Since it's not twitter and i can write as much as i want without bugging you. I'm gonna write it a bit more organized.
So in simple terms I was working with a private company. And as i mentioned from the last post "Things Are changing" . Now since it came true, so i owe a brief explaning this story. And what followed was a really gud time to see. It was a kind of gud workplace. People were friendly. well this friendship lead me into troubles many time but more on that latter.
So i was doing good. I was started being spotted over drink tables with my managers, my skype status creating controversies , and ofcourse office politics.
Well at the same time i was growing. I made a long way to cloud technologies from a novoice. I executed every fucking tedious business logic. Be it over website, over crm or being implemented erp. It was a lot of fun and learn. But that all just went. Just.... and I'll write about what exactly happened by now in next post
